CalmSignal provides AI-powered mental wellness monitoring and intervention services through:

• Mobile applications (iOS, Android)
• Wearable device applications (Apple Watch, Wear OS)
• Browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
• Web dashboard
• Corporate wellness platform

Our Services use machine learning to detect stress patterns and provide personalized interventions, all while prioritizing your privacy through on-device processing.

Service Provider: CalmSignal Global Services Ltd. owns and operates the CalmSignal application. GRiT Technologies develops and publishes the application on app stores on behalf of CalmSignal Global Services Ltd.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers:
  • iOS/Apple devices: Apple Pay and Apple StoreKit (in-app purchases)
  • Android devices: Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)
  • Web subscriptions: Paystack (for web-based subscriptions)
• All fees are displayed in your local currency based on your device's location and the payment platform's currency conversion (Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing automatically handle currency conversion)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused services
• We may offer refunds at our discretion for technical issues

• Trademarks and Service Marks: CalmSignal name, logo, and related marks
• Trade Secrets: Proprietary know-how, business methods, and confidential information

are owned by CalmSignal Global Services Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Third-Party Open-Source Components

The Services may incorporate certain third-party open-source components, which are used in accordance with their respective open-source licenses. Open-source license information for third-party components is available upon request. We respect all applicable open-source license terms and comply with their attribution requirements, which are fulfilled in our source code and technical documentation.

8. Medical Disclaimer

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CalmSignal Global Services Ltd., GRiT Technologies, their affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

CalmSignal is published on app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) by GRiT Technologies on behalf of CalmSignal Global Services Ltd. This third-party publishing arrangement:

• Does not change our obligations to you
• Does not transfer ownership of the application
• Is subject to the app store terms and conditions

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
• Arbitration conducted in English
• Each party bears their own costs
