Follow these simple steps to set up your organization's wellness program. Most teams are up and running within 2 weeks.

Setup Steps

Sign Up & Create Organization

Register your organization and set up your admin account. The process takes less than 5 minutes.

  • Visit the Corporate Dashboard signup page
  • Enter your company information
  • Choose your subscription tier (Startup, Business, or Enterprise)
  • Complete payment setup
  • Verify your email address

Configure Organization Settings

Customize your organization profile, set privacy preferences, and configure departments.

  • Add your organization logo and branding
  • Set up departments or teams
  • Configure privacy settings
  • Set up wellness coordinators (if applicable)
  • Review and accept terms of service

Invite Your Team

Add employees to your organization. You can invite individually or use bulk import.

  • Invite employees via email
  • Use CSV bulk import for large teams
  • Set employee roles (Member or Admin)
  • Send welcome emails with onboarding instructions
  • Track invitation status

Set Up Wellness Coordinators

Designate wellness coordinators who can access consented employee data (Model B).

  • Assign wellness coordinator roles
  • Employees provide consent for coordinator access
  • Coordinators can view wellness insights
  • All access is logged and auditable
  • Maximum 2 coordinators per organization

Review Analytics & Insights

Start monitoring your team's wellness trends through aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics.

  • View department-level wellness trends
  • Access aggregated stress and mood insights
