Follow these simple steps to set up your organization's wellness program. Most teams are up and running within 2 weeks.
For employers & health plans
When CalmSignal is offered through your organization or health plan, access and benefits follow eligibility and the agreement between CalmSignal and your sponsor or payer. That path is distinct from individual self-serve plans on our public site, including any limited free tier for personal discovery.

Setup Steps
Sign Up & Create Organization
Register your organization and set up your admin account. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
- Visit the Corporate Dashboard signup page
- Enter your company information
- Choose your subscription tier (Startup, Business, or Enterprise)
- Complete payment setup
- Verify your email address
Configure Organization Settings
Customize your organization profile, set privacy preferences, and configure departments.
- Add your organization logo and branding
- Set up departments or teams
- Configure privacy settings
- Set up wellness coordinators (if applicable)
- Review and accept terms of service
- Optional: add Family (Household) dependant packages from Billing when your plan supports them
Invite Your Team
Add employees to your organization. You can invite individually or use bulk import.
- Invite employees via email
- Use CSV bulk import for large teams
- Set employee roles (Member or Admin)
- Send welcome emails with onboarding instructions
- Track invitation status
Set Up Wellness Coordinators
Designate wellness coordinators who can access consented employee data (Model B).
- Assign wellness coordinator roles
- Employees provide consent for coordinator access
- Coordinators can view wellness insights
- All access is logged and auditable
- Maximum 2 coordinators per organization
Review Analytics & Insights
Start monitoring your team's wellness trends through aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics.
- View department-level wellness trends
- Access aggregated stress and mood insights
- Review engagement metrics
- Set up alerts for concerning patterns
- Export reports for leadership
