A corporate seat is not a thinner workplace app. Each employee gets insight, wearables, in-the-moment support, and calm tools on the devices they already use. Admins get the workplace layer on top: seats, teams, and a dashboard of anonymized trends.
What employees open
iPhone and Android, Apple Watch and Wear OS, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and other Chromium browsers, and Thunderbird for desktop email. One account works everywhere. While someone writes, CalmSignal can offer a gentle nudge in the keyboard, browser, or email. Wearables add heart-rate and activity context. Stress and emotion insights stay on-device.
What the workplace can do
The corporate dashboard is where you run the program: who has a seat, how teams are grouped, engagement, and aggregated wellness trends. Department views help you notice where the culture is strained without opening anyone’s messages or scores. You can pull reports for leadership. Alerts, when you use them, are about patterns in the organization — not a named person’s day.
Optional support, still on the employee’s terms
Wellness coordinators are available on larger plans. They only see more about someone who has agreed to share, and that person can stop. Some plans can add Family packages so an employee can cover people at home. That is separate from the work seat.
How plans scale
Corporate Startup covers smaller teams with the dashboard and department analytics. Small Business and above add coordinator tools, bulk invite, and more hands-on support.
