Wear OS app configuration
Connect your Wear OS smartwatch to CalmSignal.
Before you start
Ensure your Android phone and Wear OS watch are already paired and connected.
Sign in to CalmSignal on your phone first before attempting watch setup.
Install and pair
Install CalmSignal on your watch from Google Play. In the phone app, open Devices → Wear OS and complete pairing (code or guided flow).
Grant sensor permissions on the watch so CalmSignal can read heart rate/activity signals.
Recommended settings
Enable notification permissions on phone and watch.
Disable aggressive battery restrictions for CalmSignal on Android so background sync stays active.
How to verify
In CalmSignal Devices, confirm Wear OS is shown as connected.
After normal watch use, verify wearable metrics appear in CalmSignal insights.
Troubleshooting
If pairing fails, remove the watch from Devices and pair again.
If no sensor data appears, check permissions on both phone and watch, then restart both devices.
