Wear OS app configuration
Connect your Wear OS smartwatch to CalmSignal.
Install CalmSignal from the Play Store on your watch. Pair it with your phone by scanning the pairing code shown in the mobile app under Devices → Wear OS.
Allow heart rate and activity tracking so the watch can surface nudges when your stress threshold is exceeded.
