Updating payment methods

Add a new card or update your billing email in seconds.
Web subscriptions
From the dashboard, open Settings → Billing → Manage Plan, then go to Payment Methods.
Add your new card, set it as default, and remove old cards if needed.
iOS and Android subscriptions
If your subscription was purchased in-app, update your payment method in Apple App Store or Google Play, not in web billing settings.
Troubleshooting failed charges
If renewal fails, confirm card validity, online transaction status, and available limit with your bank.
Then retry from the billing portal or app store subscription page.
If your plan does not update after payment succeeds, contact peace@calmsignal.app with your account email and payment receipt/reference.
