Setting up your first device
Connect the device you type on the most so CalmSignal can deliver real-time nudges.
Install the CalmSignal keyboard or browser extension, then sign into the same account you created on the dashboard. The device will appear under Settings → Connected Devices within a few seconds.
100% On-Device Processing
All text analysis happens entirely on your device using on-device AI models. Your text is never sent to servers—everything is processed locally for complete privacy. CalmSignal uses CoreML models on iOS, ONNX models or heuristics on Android, and ONNX/heuristics in browser extensions.
Grant permissions
iOS requires "Allow Full Access" for keyboards, while Android uses the Accessibility Service (which works with ANY keyboard you prefer). These permissions let the on-device AI read the text you type locally. No raw text ever leaves your device—all processing happens 100% on-device.
