Setting up Apple Watch monitoring

Pair CalmSignal with Apple Watch for proactive stress alerts.

Install the CalmSignal Watch app, then open the iOS app and navigate to Devices → Add Device → Apple Watch. Approve HealthKit access to share heart rate and HRV data with CalmSignal.

Customize watch nudges in the Watch app under Settings → Notifications. You can choose anxiety spikes, posture reminders, or breathing prompts.
