Inviting your team

Overview

Corporate plans start at teams of 10. You create the organization, then invite people from the corporate dashboard. They accept with their work email and they are on a seat: the same CalmSignal they would use on their own — phone, watch, browser, and desktop email — with no separate consumer signup for work access.

How people join

Invite one person, or several at once. Larger plans include a bulk import if you are rolling out to a long list. Each person gets an email, accepts, and can open the apps. If they already have a personal CalmSignal account, they can still accept with the same email. Work access sits on top of that account; it does not wipe their personal history.

What they can use once they accept

They install what they actually type and live on. The phone app is the hub. The keyboard, browser, and desktop email can nudge while they write, not after. Apple Watch and Wear OS add live monitoring. Analysis stays on-device, so the product still works when they are offline. They use one account everywhere.

When someone leaves

Remove them from the organization and the work seat ends. Their personal wellness stays theirs — the organization does not keep a private file about how they were doing.
