Installing the iOS keyboard

To enable the CalmSignal keyboard on iOS, follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
• Navigate to General → Keyboard → Keyboards
• Tap "Add New Keyboard..."
• Select "CalmSignal" from the list
• Tap "CalmSignal" again in your keyboards list
• Toggle "Allow Full Access" to ON

Using the keyboard

To switch to the CalmSignal keyboard, hold the globe icon (🌐) on the standard Apple keyboard and select CalmSignal. The keyboard uses on-device CoreML models to analyze your text in real-time—all processing happens locally on your device for complete privacy.

Privacy note

Even with "Allow Full Access" enabled, all text analysis happens 100% on your device using CoreML models. Your text is never sent to servers. Full Access is required for the keyboard to access the on-device AI models and share stress insights with the main app via secure App Group communication.
