How to upgrade or downgrade

Switch plans whenever your needs change.
Where to change plan
Open Settings → Billing → Manage Plan and select the plan you want.
If you subscribed via Apple or Google, make the change in the app store subscription settings.
What happens when you upgrade
Upgrades typically apply immediately so you can use premium features right away.
Billing is prorated according to your current cycle and provider rules.
What happens when you downgrade
Downgrades usually take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Until then, your existing paid features remain active.
Troubleshooting
If plan changes are not reflected, sign out and sign back in to refresh entitlements.
If still incorrect, contact peace@calmsignal.app with your account email, old/new plan, and payment platform.
