How to create an account

Open the CalmSignal mobile app or visit the dashboard in your browser, then tap “Create Account.” Enter your name and a valid email address—we use this to secure your account and deliver session summaries.

Choose a password with at least eight characters. You can optionally enable passkeys or multi-factor authentication after sign-up for additional security.

Verify your email

We send a six-digit code to your inbox. Enter it in the app to confirm your email address. If you don’t see the message, check spam or tap “Resend code.” Once verified, you can complete your profile and add emergency contacts.
