Downloading your data

Export your CalmSignal history for record keeping or analysis.
Start a data export
Open Settings → Privacy → Data Export.
Choose your date range and preferred format (CSV or JSON), then click Generate Export.
Receive and download
You will receive a secure download link by email. For security, links expire after a limited time.
Download and store exports in an encrypted folder if they contain sensitive wellness information.
Troubleshooting
If export email does not arrive, check Spam/Junk and wait a few minutes for processing.
If link expires, generate a new export from the dashboard.
If export generation repeatedly fails, contact peace@calmsignal.app with your account email and selected export range.
