Corporate trial and pilot

Overview

You can evaluate CalmSignal before you buy seats. A 14-day corporate trial is for trying the product with a first group: create the organization, invite people, open the apps, and look at the dashboard. A pilot is scoped with our team when you need proof for a buying decision. An organization uses one of those paths at a time.

What you are actually trying

You get the same employee experience and the same workplace layer you would use after you subscribe — seats, invites, the apps on phone, watch, and browser, and the anonymized dashboard. You are checking whether people will use it and whether the admin view is useful enough to run a program, not clicking through a brochure.

How they end

Both have a hard stop. When the window closes, there are no leftover free organization seats — you subscribe, or work access ends. The dashboard tells you when the window is running and points you to Billing, so the decision sits on a calendar.
